Each item is made to order and takes between 2-7 days to be printed before shipping. Once an order has been submit there is no way to change the shipping method. 

Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges - Summer Holiday has no operating physical location and items are printed to order.
*If the item has a defect please email us a hello@summerholiday.xyz and we replace the item.

I received my order but something is wrong (Size, Shirt, etc) 
Please email us at hello@summerholiday.xyz with your order number and a description of what is wrong with the order and we will do our best to fix it asap.

I never received my order
Once an order has been placed it is shipped via an automated shipping service. Unfortunately the only way to track it down will be to contact the shipping courier used on your order. If you did not receive a tracking number or shipping information with your oder please email us at hello@summerholiday.xyz your order # and we will help track down who shipped it for you.
